Are we crazy?
Against the advice of official wedding professionals,
we are doing a lot of the planning and "work" for the
wedding ourselves, rather than hiring said
professionals. While we are hoping this will add to
the fun and personality of the wedding and take away
from the expense, we realize that we can't do
everything ourselves, and were hoping to get a few
volunteers to help us out.
Please don't feel
obligated, but if you were inclined to take on a task
we would be very grateful.

Here are some jobs we will probably need help
with; please email us if you wish to volunteer! Or if
you have a special talent you'd like to contribute we
are all ears!
Food and Drink related:
- Julie's sister Lora has agreed to make the
wedding cake (go Lora!).
- We will be grilling lamb kabobs- help with that would be cool.
David the chef has been lots of help with advice and kabob testing. Help him with the grilling!
- monitoring drinks (opening wine bottles, etc): so far Beth has volunteered!
- popping and pouring champagne: Moriah and Manuel
- monitoring food (checking on and refilling buffet
items if needed): Rachel and Ben
Parking and driving related:
- hanging up signs to guide people to the right place: Minnie and Brian
- coordinating parking to maximize space: Jill and Andy of the veggie car
Other fun stuff:
- ceremony band leaders: Victor and Betsy
- keeping the CD's playing during the post-ceremony fun: Per perhaps?
- taking photos: all of you! (bwa ha ha)
